I’m not a psychic or anything, but logic tells me that Casey had better kiss all of her beloved bedroom things and answer all of her text messages and update her Myspace and Facebook accounts because at this point, she has run the train of the spoiled little girl who got everything she ever wanted and still spit in her parents face, figuratively, off of the tracks and is heading toward a lifetime in womens prison!

There are so many things that this girl could have done but instead she decided to live her life like an MTV reality show, as many her age do (I have an 18 year old daughter), and now she will live the life of nothing.

According to CBS13 in Orlando Florida, Leonard Padilla says that after reading the 400 pages of documents released on Monday that he no longer believes that Casey is telling the truth and that the evidence will force his nephew, Tony Padilla to make the decision as to whether to revoke Casey’s bail or not, believing that they were “duped” or that they “overestimated” Casey Anthony.  He also states that Anthony has not made an effort to help the bounty hunters find her missing daughter.

“It was obviously not the thing to do now, because she didn’t talk,” Padilla said. “She didn’t say a word to anybody.”

When asked where he thought Caylee was now, Padilla answered, “You know, the car was parked next to a dumpster. I would hate to think the worst. God, it’s terrible to think she’d be at the local garbage dump. It’s terrible to think that.”

Many are starting to speculate that Casey may have given Caylee something (like Benydryl) to get her to sleep so that she could party and that may have led to Caylee’s death.  There were some rumors that she put Caylee in the trunk while she went into a club and that there were signs in the trunk of “struggle to get out” but I have not yet found any sound documents to confirm that.  I’m sure it will be on the news since the DNC Convention is almost over…

“Officials have offered Anthony a partial immunity deal if she admits 3-year-old Caylee Marie died as a result of an accident. If she takes the deal, any information Anthony provides to law-enforcement could not be used against her in prosecution.

Danielle Tavernier, spokeswoman for the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office, said they are not disclosing any details of their prosecution, but that Anthony had been “invited to our office to shed light on the disappearance of the victim in this case.”

Florida Sherrif’s investigators and FBI teams met with Casey and her mother, Cindy yesterday [Wednesday] afternoon at her attorney’s office, after the DNA evidence was released. Casey was only there for about 10 minutes and said nothing when she departed. Cindy Anthony left later in the afternoon, followed by the investigators. An investigator went to the Anthony’s home but only stayed for a few minutes.

“Neither Casey nor Cindy Anthony commented to reporters when they left the law office.  Jose Baez, Casey’s attorney, made a brief statement and answered a few questions outside the Anthony home, but would not say what the detectives said at his office or whom they spoke with.”

So, who is Casey’s attorney, Jose Baez, anyway?

This sudden celebrity is a dramatic change for the boy who dropped out of Homestead High in the ninth grade, joined the U.S. Navy and attended Florida State University with plans of becoming a cop. He decided to be a lawyer his last year in Tallahassee.
Baez, who speaks Spanish and Portuguese, graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami in 1997, cut his legal teeth at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office and opened his law firm in Kissimmee three years ago. He has another lawyer who works with him, along with an investigator and a paralegal.

If this was you or your daughter, wouldn’t you want a team of attorney’s or at least one who’s been in the field for longer than this?

Report: Body Was Decomposing in Trunk of Car Driven by Missing Tot’s Mom

“Results taken from air samples reveal that a body was decomposing in the trunk of a car driven by the mother of missing Florida toddler Caylee Anthony, WESH TV reported.
The University of Tennessee “Body Farm” conducted the tests on the car’s air samples Aug. 10, and on Wednesday their conclusion was released: a human corpse was decomposing there.”

Casey Anthony may be thanking her lucky stars that most news coverage (cable news, at least) is concentrating on the political brew-ha-ha but no fear!

This story sends chills down the spines of every parent of every teenage daughter whose actions even slightly resemble those of Casey Anthony’s, or at least it should!

Okay, last week on Thursday the 21st, Casey (the “mother”) was released from jail on bond, provided by Leonard Padilla, a California bounty hunter.  Because Padilla is not from Florida, all Floridian bail bonds-men and women put the heat on officials to make sure every ’t’ was crossed and every ‘i’ was dotted.  That’s a good thing!  The more people watching this case, the more chance we have of getting to the bottom of it, right?

On Monday, August 25th, hundreds of documents were released pertaining to the case including:

Cindy Anthony calls her daughter a sociopath and a “mooch” but also says that her daughter (a proven liar) has been opening up to her and her father since being home from jail. 
ooo warm and fuzzy!

Kiomarie Torres Cruz, a friend of Casey’s told investigators she wanted to give Caylee up for adoption when she found out she was pregnant, but Cindy would not let her.  <Adoption is a wonderful thing but shows where her head was at.  Did that feeling ever go away?>

Amy Huizenga, another friend of Casey’s, testified that Casey repeatedly brought Caylee to adult parties!  Oddly enough, Amy Huizenga is dating one of Casey’s ex-boyfriends, Ricardo Morales.  Amy was also the person who told Cindy Anthony where she could find Casey on the evening of the 15th.  Amy claims that the Casey picked her up at the airport in Amy’s car.  Amy had loaned Casey the car for the week while she was gone.  She claims Casey stole some checks and approximately $700.

Anthony Lazzaro, Casey’s present-day boyfriend, says that he met Casey in May and has been dating her since June.  He claims that the last time he saw Caylee was on June 2nd at the pool at his complex.  He also stated that he has never heard of or met the alleged babysitter.  <Wow!!  A single mom’s boyfriend NOT knowing who the babysitter is?  Get the heck out of here!!>

Casey insists she last saw Caylee on June 9 when she handed her over to a nanny that no one can find and most likely, does not exist.  The arrest report says basically that that Caylee was last seen at 2863 S. Conway Road around Apt. #210 on June 9, 2008 between 9 am and 1 pm.  Casey reported that on her way to work at Universal Studios, she dropped Caylee off with her babysitter, Zenaida Gonzalez, who she has used for the past year and a half and yet no one, no friends, family or girlfriends or boyfriends have ever heard of this woman!

The arrest report pretty much states that several attempts and methods to get Casey to identify the woman who came forward, Zenaida Gonzalez were fruitless.  The woman could slap her in the face and Casey would still not recognize her!  <and I wish she would…slap her, that is>

Casey stated in her official police statement that she didn’t report it because “she’d seen movies and reports of missing people getting hurt if the police got involved.“  <is she going for insanity?>

Casey reported in her written statement that she was on her way to work at Universal Studios but investigators found that she had been fired back in April!!  She even tried to pull off a “field-trip” with the investigators, but finally confessed to lieing to the officials since she was leading them to “her office” which doesn’t exist!  I cannot believe she took it that far!!  That’s a lot of nerve!!  <What else does she have the nerve to do?  That’s scary!!>

Also, according to the arrest report, the reporting officer wrote, “In the course of this investigation, I received calls from several persons who know the defendant.  All claim she is a habitual liar and she has been known to steal from friends in the past.“

<WOW!!!  I would strongly dislike being this girl’s attorney!!>

AT NO TIME during any of the police interviews did Casey “show any obvious emotion as to the loss of her child.  She remained stoic and monotone during a majority of our contacts“, documents state.

<Unbelievable……really!  It’s unbelievable!>

A friend of hers, Jesse Grund, testified that on July 18th he was asked to contact police in connection with Caylee’s disappearance, which he did and reported to them that he knew nothing. 
He then texted Casey and asked her “what was up?” and she answered back that Caylee has been missing for 32 days and that the nanny had her.  This triggered a memory that on June 27th, Casey texted him asking him to meet her at Fusions Nightclub to “cheer her up” so he called the police back!  <Thanks Dude!>
NOTE:  This would be 18 days (2 weeks) after Casey reportedly last saw Caylee!! 
In his testimony, he also mentions that Casey had a “falling out” with her family and needed to use his shower once because she had nowhere else to take one since Tony, her boyfriend, was out of town.
He also tells them that he noticed that Casey had deleted over 200 photos of Caylee and her from her Facebook and Myspace accounts suddenly going from 10 pages of photos down to only 4 pages.
And that on July 3rd, Casey texted Jesse telling him “If my mom or dad try to call you, don’t answer.  I will explain it later but for now just stay out of it.”  The next day, July 4th, Jesse called Casey to get an explanation to which she replied, “”It was a long story and I will probably call you when I get drunk to tell you.”

Wow!  Nice girl!  And that’s not all!

According to the Orlando Sentinel, <I’ll paraphrase, you’re getting tired…I can tell>

“An Orange County deputy has been sacked for lying about his relationship with Casey Anthony… 
Deputy Anthony Rusciano lost his job Friday after twice lying to investigators about the nature and length of his relationship with the missing child’s mother. 
…investigators received a tip that Rusciano knew Casey Anthony but upon being questioned Rusciano claimed he only met her in passing at a party. On Aug 18, when the sheriff’s office was conducting a “forensic analysis of the target’s computer” investigators learned that Rusciano had not told them the truth.
Angelo Nieves said specifics of what investigators learned from reading Anthony’s e-mail would not be released until it is disclosed in discovery if a case goes to trial.”

Meanwhile…Casey sits at home with her family in her cozy bedroom and her mother, Cindy Anthony says that Casey’s opening up, which is so heartwarming knowing that this girl has no concept of the truth, no morals, no remorse!  And the bounty hunter who is, I’m sure, hoping for a reality show says he knows who the kidnapper is and they are watching them closely!!

oooo  Maybe they should call Sylvia Browne!!  She likes watching and talking to people that aren’t there, too!!!   Sorry…

Yeah, I was there, too.  I knew that something had to be done when my arm was no longer long enough to hold things out so that my eyes could focus!  I also realized that my comprehension was slipping because, realistically, my brain was just trying to see the words in order to process them and I wasn’t allowing time for it to comprehend them, too!  Reading was no longer a pleasure.

So, one day, I was standing in a CVS waiting for a prescription to be filled and I was meandering near-by waiting for my name to be called when I saw this turnstile of reading glasses.  Being the curious one that I am, I read the instructions, stood 14 inches back from the eye chart, which is easy if they don’t have it marked on the floor because floor tiles are typically 12″, and I tried on the strength that the chart led me to and I could NOT believe the difference!!  Unbelievable!!

And just my luck, they were having a 50% off sale, which I’ve come to realize all of the pharmacies have sales on them pretty frequently.  I’ve seen them in Wal-Mart, grocery stores and even dollar stores and the styles are adorable!! 

Of course there are some people who need to see a doctor and have insurance but for those of us who don’t, this is pretty cool!  When I did have insurance, I found that many of the gimmicks to get you in for a free eye exam and sales on the frames were just that…gimmicks!  I have never walked out of an optometrist/glass shop without spending at least $300!  And I consider myself to be pretty frugal!!

This simple find has saved me a lot of money, not to mention my eyesight and equally important to me, it has brought back the joy of reading and doing jig-saw puzzles and painting!!  Awesome!!

Maybe you’re sitting out there squinting to read this or you have the text size set so large that the screen could be read across the room by a person with good vision!  Maybe you already knew this but maybe you didn’t.  If that’s the case, it’s pretty eye opening, isn’t it?  ha ha  Get it?  Eye opening?
