It seems to me that if we want America to thrive, then we need to buy into it!  We need to buy American!  We need to put our people back to work!  We need to show these companies that we won’t put up with their greed any longer!  We need to stop giving our money to companies that outsource jobs for no other reason than to save themselves enough money that they can get their annual 6-figure bonus’ and keep the family happy with money, of course!

I know that to go to the store and only buy products that are made in the USA is a difficult task these days!  My husband and I are avid seekers of the “Made in the USA” logo.  It seems like everything says that it’s been made in China or some other country.  I don’t understand why we, as Americans, would support a communist country!  By supporting companies that take their business to these countries, that’s essentially what we’re doing…supporting Communism!  jmo

And to only make it harder and more complicated to buy American made products, I found the following surprising information that I ran across while researching for this article.

So, how do you know if something you’re buying that says, “Made In America” was really made in America?

MadeInTheUSA.Org provides a searchable database of products that are made in the USA where you’ll find everything from clothing to building supplies!  I checked it out for about an hour and there’s tons of stuff there to choose from!  And, if your company produces goods that are Made In the USA, you can add your company to the database!!

I found that my favorite jeans, Levi’s are made overseas, and the quality of them has suffered ever since, but Wrangler jeans are made in the USA and are also cheaper!!  That is just one example of what you can find at the site to help you Buy America and Buy American!!

Eventually, the big-wigs of the companies that outsource our jobs will get the message!  They will!!

No other country has the collective power that the USA does and it should be envied as it is!  Collectively, without the government’s intervention, we can do anything because that’s what we do!

According to Nancy Grace on CNN, a second eyewitness, Paul Kovach says he truly believes he saw Casey Anthony’s car parked along the roadside in late June as he and a friend slowly trolled for scrap metal on the roadside.

Orlando station WFTV spoke to a possible eyewitness who claims he saw a woman closely resembling tot mom Casey Anthony near a wooded area with a shovel and bag in late June. 
From the transcript:  [emphasis mine]

KOVACH: I knew something was wrong then. If Jimmy would have just stopped, we’d have been all right.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Kovach says he wanted to see if the woman needed help, but his friend would only slow down as the woman walked out of the wooded area wearing a large straw hat, where a bridge of old tires is the only access to railroad tracks - very secluded railroad tracks.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The witness also says he saw a well-dressed man standing nearby, talking on a cell phone and pretending to fish.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He wasn’t dressed like he was wandering the woods?

KOVACH: No, he was well dressed.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Kovach says the woman definitely looked like Casey Anthony wearing the big straw hat, big red sunglasses, and he says she had a shovel and a bag.

KOVACH: Trying to get the bag and the shovel into the trunk, she darn near knocked her hat off her head, ran her head into the car and everything.

Mr. Kovach stated that he has called in the information and hasn’t heard back from officials so he may get his own group of searchers to go out there.  <If it was me, I would have looped back after the mysterious lady drove off just to see what the hell she was doing, but that just me…the eternal curious Leo!>

Officials say that they’re getting so many tips that it takes them time to go through them and said that many are bogus because of the publicity that this case has gotten, which is probably an understatement.

However, Nancy Grace reminded guest Sgt. Scott Haines, a sheriff in Santa Rosa County, Florida that unlike many of the tips they receive, this one is from a man who has come forward, given his name and doesn’t know Casey from “Adam’s housecat”.

I was reading an article this morning on WFTV9.com about how Casey’s computer shows proof that someone was researching how to make chloroform on the internet. [paraphrased]

“Eyewitness News has learned someone was looking up the recipe to cook up the chemical on Casey’s home computer around the same time Caylee disappeared.
….
Sheaffer said it’s significant because, if Casey made the chloroform as opposed to buying it, she could have been trying to cover her tracks. Buying it would have generated some sort of record.

Record or not, the jury would be faced with a compromising question for Casey. “Why would you need to make chloroform. For what purpose?” Sheaffer questioned.

I had heard about the chloroform before, so that wasn’t the part of the article that blew my mind!

Complete strangers are depositing money into her jail account!!  Nola Copeland of Ca. told Eyewitness news that she’s a good Christian show knows what its like to be in jail and wanted Casey to have the essentials like deodarant.  Really?  It seems to me that homeless shelters or the millions of other legitimate charities would love to hear from you!!  Someone else from Apopka sent her $100 but she didn’t want to be interviewed, and her dad and lawyer have put some money in, of course. 

I don’t know…this just blows my mind!! Oh well… we all gotta do what we’ve gotta do, I guess.

Casey’s legal team has grown, too!  Well, it will if they find a body it will need to grow!  Without a body, Baez could handle it because there probably would be no push for the death penalty without it!  But, just in case, Terence Lenamon has joined the team.  Eyewitness news said that ”two of the three high-profile murderers Eyewitness News knows he’s defended are on death row. The other is serving five consecutive life sentences.”  In other words, in death penalty cases, he stinks at this, doesn’t he?!  Right?  Am I reading that wrong?  One thing I am sure of is that there are many attorney’s who would love to get famous from this trial and gain from it’s publicity!

I wonder who the heck’s paying for the lawyers?  The state?  Maybe a mysterious anonymous person will come out of the shadows and pay for some legal beagle to represent!!  Who the hell knows!?  As I’ve said before, this story is almost like the media’s trying to punk the audience!!  I’m waiting!!

The State Attorney’s Office in Orange County, Fla., explained in a prepared statement that the neglect offense was dropped from the case because it was filed on the premise that little Caylee was still alive.

“As the investigation progressed and it became clear that the evidence proved that the child was deceased, the State sought an indictment on the legally appropriate charges,” prosecutors said. “We remain prepared to proceed to trial on the charges in the indictment.”

The aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter charges still stand in addition to the four counts of lying to authorities and there is that First Degree Murder charge!!

#08049710 will be arraigned on Tuesday, October 28th.

Meanwhile, Cindy and George Anthony held another prayer vigil for Caylee which pulled in about 100 people which is good.  People shouldn’t stop praying or asking for things from the universe or whatever they feel comfortable with.  God knows what needs to be done, or the Dog does… JK

Federal investigators are doing DNA tests on a dress found in the woods by a Tampa-based rescue group, according to MyFOXOrlando.com. Some say the dress could not belong to Caylee because it is too new and the wrong size.

And Leonard Padilla has organized a group of other bounty hunters who are going to join the search and have also helped raise money to finance it.  Rumors have it that the economy is hurting Equusearch but they vow to return to Orlando and continue the search on November 8.

Never before has this pose that Caylee gave for this photo seemed so poignant.

A plumber walked up to the Democrat presidential candidate, Barack Obama the other day, and asked him a question.

“Your new tax plan is going to tax me more, isn’t it?“ the plumber asked, complaining that he was being taxed “more and more for fulfilling the American dream.” 

“It’s not that I want to punish your success. I just want to make sure that everybody who is behind you, that they’ve got a chance for success too.” Obama responded. “My attitude is that if the economy’s good for folks from the bottom up, it’s gonna be good for everybody … I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.”

Obama’s Plan to “share the wealth” is going to kill small businesses or any one who is working hard to climb out of the hole!  He’s going to make it so that only large corporations will be the only people making any money!  Why don’t people see this?

Obama says he will not raise taxes on anyone making less than $250k a year.  If you are a business owner or just a hard-working American, you’d better hope that you either don’t make $250k or that you make enough over 250k to afford the taxes on it!!  The only people that benefit are the very rich and the very poor, once again, screwing the middle class.  <just bend over>

My husband who is in construction and he has been for 30+ years, work from sun-up to sun-down 6 <sometimes 7> days a week and has never collected unemployment ever only to be punished for it, as you say, by more taxes!  We don’t mind helping our fellow brother, we believe in the “take care of My children and I will take care of you” philosophy, sometimes to the point of exhaustion, but we’re tired of being held down by people who won’t work!!  Obama’s gonna share the wealth even more??!!

Casey Anthony was finally indicted on Tuesday, October 14th and, contrary to her prior 3 booking mugshots, she actually looks a little concerned in this one!

According to the OrangeCountyFl.net, where you can see her booking sheet, the charges handed down by the Orange County grand jury of 19 are:

First Degree Murder (1 count) (possible death case)
Aggravated Child Abuse (1 count)
Aggravated Manslaughter Of A Child (1 count)
Obstruct Criminal Invest-False Info To Law Enforcement Officer (4 counts)

She will be appearing before the judge to answer to these counts this morning.  (10/15)

George Anthony had to testify against his own daughter! 
Can you imagine?  I’ve always felt for George.  It seemed like he has been in between a rock and a hard place long before this happened.  I’m sure that the disharmony between Cindy and Casey started probably around the age of 14 and just never recovered.  And, I guess that marriage is over…

According to FoxNews.com:

“This is going to be very hard for me to do,” an emotional George Anthony said outside the Orange County Courthouse before going in. “My focus is on my granddaughter — it always has been … Just pray for her. That’s all I’m asking for.”  His spokesman told reporters that he was doing the “unthinkable” by testifying in the possible homicide case against his daughter and asked the press to be respectful of his privacy.”

And he should have it.  [privacy]

Soon after the announcement in court Tuesday afternoon the Orange County Sheriff’s department confirmed that Casey Anthony was under arrest, but not without more drama! 

There were some reports that Cindy and Casey tried to flee while MyFoxOrlando has video footage of what they call “the hand-off”, implying that it was meant to be that way!  I don’t think so, especially after seeing the video!  I guess that will come out if they add a charge of trying to flee.

The OrlandoSentinel reported a little deeper saying that Cindy and Casey left Baez’s office to “spend some time together”.  They say that Casey switched cars under and overpass into a bondsman’s car which was then pulled over by the police.  

But, Larry Garrison, a spokesman for the Anthony family, said in an e-mail that “Cindy Anthony was taking her daughter to meet Baez “for him to turn her in as agreed.”  But before Anthony and the bondsman could arrive at the jail, deputies stopped the SUV on the BeachLine Expressway and took Anthony into custody.”

SERIOUSLY!  Everything is so screwy!  Can this case get any crazier?  Yes

Jose Baez, said in a statement after the grand jury indictment was unsealed, “I sincerely believe that when we have finally spoken, everyone, and I mean everyone, will sit back and say, ‘Now, I understand. That explains it,’”

Really?  A full-blown investigation out in the open, under oath will make us say, “a ha!”  Thank Gooness he won’t be handling the full case, as he’s not qualified for a capital murder case.  According to WFTV.com, Jonathan Kasen could become the lead attorney.

So, now Casey Anthony is where she belongs and all we have to do is wait for the trial so say, “a ha!” as Baez says we will! 

I hope that the protestors go home now and give the neighborhood some peace.  They have all been traumatized. 

The family should be left alone now to deal with the aftermath and with the justice that they are serving.  I have a brother in the system for life and believe me, they are suffering!! 

It’s been a long time that they have been under the constant public eye and thanks to a grand jury, Casey is behind bars where she belongs!  And, if anyone else is responsible, that too will come out. 

Although I am sure that the details that do come out, should she decide not to perjure herself, will make us angrier than we have been for the last 4 months, but we must remember that there is nothing that anyone can do to undo what has been done… 

I’m not going to sit here and pretend that I can get people to vote one way or another, but I do have to ask why people are not paying attention, full attention to Obama’s affiliations!  This is scary!!  Please, keep in mind that I believe that the “right” person for the job would not take the job, which leaves us with a choice of those who will take the risk that their morals or ethics will be tested to the hilt.  But when I saw the following, especially after all  of the terrorist attacks we’ve already endured (9/11 isn’t the only one), I shuddered.

Tony Rezko: convicted felon of fraud and shady dealings, he and Obama were very close. Rezko helped get Obama a sweetheart mortgage, and he bundled tons of money for Obama’s campaign. Rezko bought property (under another sweetheart deal) to be Obama’s neighbor. As of today, it appears Rezko is willing to talk to reduce his sentence.

William Ayers: Ayers is still today (this is not an “old news” story) an unrepentant terrorist.  He was quoted (coincidentally on September 11, 2001, in the New York Times) as being proud and unapologetic for the bombings of the Pentagon, the Capitol and the New York City Police where several police officers were murdered as a result. In fact, he stated that his only regret was that they hadn’t done more.  For a smug thug like this, Sen. Obama – unbelievably – did the favor of writing a dust-jacket blurb for Mr. Ayers’ 2001 book, “Fugitive Days”.
 
Saved from jail, unfortunately, by legal technicalities, Ayers is married to Bernardine Dohrn, another Weathermen terrorist once on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List, who did serve time for refusing to testify about the death of other Weathermen when a bomb they were building blew up prematurely.  J. Edgar Hoover called her [Bernadine Dohrn] ”the most dangerous woman in America” and ”la Pasionara of the Lunatic Left.”

Bernardine Dohrn, who in the 80’s worked at the same time with Michelle Obama for the Chicago law firm Sidley Austin, was also a fan of Charles Manson:

And bear in mind, those are numbers compiled over nine years. Obama has been a senator only for four of those years and raked in almost as much dough as Dodd did in all nine years.

Franklin Raines/Jim Johnson: Former heads of Fannie Mae, both men were removed for impropriety. Both made tens of millions of dollars from their time at the helm, helping to pilot the economy onto the rocks. Are there two people more responsible for the current economic mess? Besides Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, they may have had more to do with creating the problem than anyone else… and they’re in Obama’s inner circle giving economic advice; Jim Johnson was actually chosen to vet Obama’s VP Pick.

Rev. Wright and  Father Pfleger: radical, fervently anti-American, and anti-Semitic. The Rev. Louis Farrakhan, also an anti-Semite and black racist, was recently honored by Rev. Wright for “Lifetime Achievement”. And Obama called them mentors, friends and/or spiritual advisors. What did he learn from them over the decades of their association? And why did he not reject their views until it was politically expedient for him to do so?

Michelle Obama:  Mrs. Obama seems to hold radical separatist views consistent with a 20-year attendance and tutelage under Rev. Wright. Her college thesis was on assimilation vs. “the black culture,” and she was openly dismayed that so many blacks were choosing to assimilate into the American melting-pot culture. She also stated on the campaign trail that for the first time in her adult life she was proud of her country.  This, from a possible First Lady of the land.

Even if I were a staunch Democrat, which I have been known to be, I would not be able to pull the lever for this guy!  I’m scared to death that he has been molded to do dirty work of some sort.  It’s not that I’m paranoid that there are terrorists who have been working for years to infiltrate and destroy America, it’s that there really are terrorists who have been planning to infiltrate and destroy Americans for years!
